Dear CFA Members:
We are ready to invite you to CompactFlash Association’s 2023 Spring General Meeting !
We welcome you to join the meeting to have face-to-face discussions in Workgroups and to get an overview of the activities taking place in CFA. It’s also a great way to get acquainted with the people that form the CFA ecosystem and to create meaningful and long-lasting relationships within the industry.
The General Meeting will be two full days. Day 1 will be set aside for working meetings by the Workgroups. Day 2 will be a meeting for the general audience to get a summarized update from all workgroups. Voting may take place by the Executive Members during Day 2.
As I posted earlier, the meeting will be held as follows:
Dates: May 23 (Tue) and May 24 (Wed), 2023
Location: Sony City Minato Mirai, Yokohama, Japan
In case you are planning for other business engagements during your stay in Japan, the site is a quick train ride (~30 minutes) from Tokyo Station.
We are planning on a group dinner on Day 1. We may ask you to contribute a nominal fee (JPY3,000 ~ JPY5,000 est.) depending on the size of attendees (CFA will provide a receipt). I will update you once the attendee count and venue is confirmed.
If you are planning on attending, please provide the information below by March 18 and send it to [email protected]. For those of you that have already informed me of your attendance, please resend your intent with the additional information requested below.
