Dear CFA Members:
The 2022 Annual Executive Member was held on November 16, 2022 in Honolulu, Hawaii. With 10 Executive Members attending establishing a quorum, the election for 2023 CFA Directors was held and concluded with all candidates on the slate being elected.
During the Board of Directors Meeting on November 17, 2022, co-chairpersons for the 2022-2023 Board of Directors were chosen.

This is an update to the earlier announcement of CFA’s 2023 Board of Directors Election.
The current Board of Directors have decided to increase the Director seat count from 9 to 10.
The following are official candidates that have been put on the slate for 2023’s Board of Directors (in order of nomination). The total count is 10.

Dear CFA Members:
We are formally starting the nomination process for next year’s (2023) Board of Directors. I, Hiro Ino, President of CFA, have been appointed as the Inspector of Election by the current Board of Directors.
Per the Bylaws, we will accept nominations from the 17 Executive Members of CFA. The 2022 Board of Directors has established the number of Directors to be 9 for 2023. You have until September 16, 2022 to nominate a candidate for Director; you are entitled to self-nominate. If you wish to nominate a candidate for consideration, please send an email to [email protected].
Below are the detailed steps until the election. The election will be done ‘in-person’ by the Executive Members atttending the Annual Executive Member Meeting.
